Contact Sheet Annotation
Your contact sheets are a great way to show lots of photographs without taking up lots of pages in your workbook. They also give your lecturers and whoever is marking your work a real insight into how you work, and that helps to see ways to make your work better and avoid some simple mistakes. Contact sheets on their own are only half the story. You need to annotate your contacts firstly to explain what you have been doing, what worked what went wrong and why. But more importantly your annotation shows others you understand what you are doing and can see how to improve your work and synthesise your ideas. How you annotate is up to your below are a few ways you can try that have worked for other people, or you may find some ways of your own that you prefer you use.
